Residential Construction & Remodeling
Built to the drawing, not around it
Frame & Ledger is a licensed general contractor that inspects and documents every phase before moving to the next — in-house framing crew, a dedicated project manager per job, and no change order without your sign-off first.
Every phase inspected before the next begins
Frame & Ledger opened in 2005 on a rule that's still enforced on every job: no framing crew moves to drywall, and no drywall crew moves to finish, until the previous phase is inspected and signed off — by us, and by you if you want to walk it.
Our framing, electrical rough-in, and finish carpentry stay in-house rather than subcontracted out entirely, so the same standards apply from foundation to final walkthrough.
- Licensed, bonded & insured general contractor
- Documented phase inspections, photo-logged
- Dedicated project manager on every job
- In-house framing & finish carpentry crew
From foundation to final coat
Every project starts with a drawing set and a phase schedule before a single wall gets framed.
Custom Home Builds
Ground-up construction from an architect's drawing set, phase-inspected throughout.
Full Home Remodels
Whole-house renovations, sequenced room by room so part of the house stays livable.
Kitchen & Bath Renovation
Layout changes, plumbing rough-in, and finish work handled by the same crew start to finish.
Room Additions
New square footage tied properly into the existing structure, foundation to roofline.
Decks & Outdoor Structures
Permitted decks, pergolas, and outbuildings, built to load and local code.
Permit & Design Coordination
We pull permits and coordinate directly with your architect or engineer, so you don't have to.
You approve the change order first
Nothing gets added to the invoice without your signature on the change order — not a verbal heads-up, an actual document.
A look at the work in progress
From the final walkthrough
"Every phase got signed off before they moved on, and we got a text with photos each time. No surprises at any point in a five-month build."
"Our kitchen remodel finished two days ahead of the schedule they gave us at the start. Never happened with our last contractor."
"They caught a structural issue during the addition's foundation phase before it became a much bigger, more expensive problem."
